The cuisine at LAVO is a celebration of Italy’s rich culinary heritage. Starting with their antipasti, dishes like Blistered Shishito Peppers bursting with calabrian chili spice, and the luxurious Dozen Oysters on the Half Shell provide a seductive prelude to the meal. For pasta lovers, the Penne Alla Vodka and the decadently creamy Fettuccine Alfredo with Chicken offer rich, comforting layers of flavor, while the Truffle Ricotta Cavatelli captivates with its earthy, aromatic indulgence.
For meat enthusiasts, LAVO delivers with dishes like the iconic Meatball, Las Vegas, perfectly seasoned and generously sized, or the tender, melt-in-your-mouth 8oz Wagyu Skirt Steak and 12oz Wagyu Ribeye, each cut artfully cooked to highlight its robust, juicy texture. The Chicken Parmigiano Classico and Chicken Marsala offer traditional yet refined tastes that echo Italy’s rustic charm.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE This place was amazing. The atmosphere was wonderful but that doesn't hold a candle to their outstanding staff. Jessika and Jonathan were above and beyond amazing. We never had to ask for a refill, they were so attentive. They were so warm and welcoming to all of our party. Answered all of our questions about the menu and drink options without any issue. The price is amazing at $55 (as of July 2025) per person all you can eat brunch (with upcharge options) $35 add-on drink package. Yes please! The presentation and portions were perfect as well. We will be back! Thank you Jonathan for being so attentive.
The food and service definitely was above and beyond what we expected. We did an early dinner and had reservations. There was no wait. The waitress was absolutely phenomenal. The food was so delicious. Every bite better than the next. She was attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. Our waters were never empty or low. The Waygu Ribeye melted in my mouth. So tender, so flavorful! The dessert that blew us out of the water was the affogato. The presentation ... 10/10. The atmosphere was beyond compare. Our waitress was amazing and I am bummed I cannot remember her name. She needs a raise. We were in on 10/19/25.
Great Food, atmosphere. Staff were beyond excellent. Very hospitality people had received free starters to accompany my lovely Burrata pizza. Would highly recommend checking it in Vegas just make sure to have a reservation because it can get packed fast. Savannah my waitress was great took great care of all her Diners .
LAVO offers a stylish Italian dining experience with a lively atmosphere both indoors and on the outdoor terrace. We had the Unlimited Brunch; The blueberry pancake is superb easily a standout dish worth coming back for. However, service on the outdoor patio can be slow, with long waits for food and instances where you might even have to pour your own water. Despite the pacing issues, the staff is friendly and accommodating, helping to keep the mood relaxed. Keep in mind that LAVO gets very busy on weekends, so a reservation is highly recommended to avoid long waits or being turned away. If you’re looking for great Italian comfort food with a vibrant Strip setting, LAVO is a solid pick, just come with a bit of patience if you’re sitting outside.
We came here two years ago and I think it was better decorated back then. The ambiance and decoration are impeccable, earning a perfect score of 10/10. However, the food quality falls short, receiving an 8/10. The cocktails, earning a 9/10. Given the luxurious atmosphere and location, I had anticipated higher-quality food, although it was merely satisfactory.
I really appreciated the great service I received from our server Alex. She was very attentive and kind. The hostess was a sweetheart too I just can’t remember her name. Lavo is a such good endless brunch spot that gives you many options to choose from. The only reason why I’m giving 4 stars is because they ran out of oysters, now why would that happen when I show up. Also the truffle pizza doesn’t even have any truffle just sliced mushrooms. I was pretty perplexed by that. Otherwise I enjoyed the food and service, would definitely come back.
Hands down the best Italian food in Nevada. We had garlic bread and burrata wood fired pizza. They both were delicious. They have complimentary bread and some veggies. Ambiance is very romantic, soothing. Servers are very welcoming. Best part is the chef came out to serve and explain the dish. Don't miss this place if you like italian food. I am vegetarian and they customized my dish accordingly. Also, I asked to take away my left overs and they packed it up for us. I was amazed how they packed lol..lot of places don't even pack their take out orders as such.
This is more like a 3.5 stars but I rounded up. The food was good and the atmosphere is nice (view of the fountains), but any sort of value just wasn't there. I know you're going to pay a premium in vegas and a premium for the nicer spots, but this was a premium without the payoff. Again, tasty, but $41+ for 9 tortellini on my dish was a little silly.
